This Barbera reveals a distinctive blend of black olives and dusty herbal notes, on the nose, offering a rustic, savory element that sets the stage for its bold character. As the wine moves to the palate, it strikes with vibrant red fruit flavors—think ripe cherries and juicy strawberries—complemented by its signature acidity, which gives it an almost tangy edge, balancing the full-bodied structure. The acidity is crisp and refreshing, providing lift and structure, making it feel lively despite its rich body. This Barbera offers a delightful contrast between the earthy complexity of the herbal elements and the bright, fruit-forward character. The finish is clean, leaving behind a subtle, lingering minerality.
